Structural Engineer - Buildings

KSI Professional Engineers is hiring a Structural Engineer for onsite building structural engineering work in Farmingdale, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Design and detail building structures using materials including steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and deep foundation systems
• Partner with the in-house drafting team to support drawing production
• Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and prepare written reports
• Review shop drawings and construction submittals
• Support project execution by managing project staffing, budgets, and writing proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience in structural design of buildings
• Engineer in Training certification required
• Professional Engineering License preferred
• Proficiency in structural design software, including RAM Products (Structural System and Elements)
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, NDS, and other relevant standards

• Pay: $65,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
