The Construction Solutions Engineer at Propersys collaborates with on-site engineers to translate engineering requirements into software development tasks and supports the deployment of software solutions for engineering applications. This onsite role is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers on-site to gather requirements and provide technical support.
Translate engineering needs into software development requirements and coordinate with the development team.
Assist in implementing and optimizing software solutions for engineering applications.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure software solutions align with on-site engineering needs.
Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction engineering or similar fields.
Basic knowledge or experience in computer science or software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bridge the gap between engineering and software development.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with engineers and the software team.
Mandarin and English proficiency is required for communication.
Willingness to work in the headquarters office and onsite trailers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction engineering or similar fields.
