What you will do

  • Lead the design, build, and deployment of automated test systems for a portfolio of analog and mixed-signal products.
  • Own the full test engineering flow, from PCB-level fixture design through system integration, including custom enclosures and safety interlocks.
  • Develop and maintain test software using LabVIEW, Python, and/or C#/C++, including instrument control, complex test sequences, and structured test execution.
  • Manage device communication and data handling across SPI, I2C, and UART, with comprehensive data logging to databases.
  • Serve as the test engineering lead for next-generation products, ensuring test capabilities keep pace with evolving analog and data acquisition technology.
  • Continuously improve and maintain current test hardware and software across manufacturing lines to maximize uptime, precision, and efficiency.
  • Build deep technical familiarity across the product line, including SCM5B signal conditioning modules and the MAQ20 data acquisition system.
  • Act as the go-to engineering expert for complex customer issues escalated by support.
  • Troubleshoot applications, analyze test data, and support customer integration into critical industrial and SCADA systems.
  • Partner with design engineering to identify root causes of issues discovered in production or by customers and contribute to durable, permanent solutions.
  • Independently manage technical execution, scheduling, and cost considerations for assigned test development and support projects.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a closely related field.
  • 4+ years of direct experience designing, developing, and implementing test solutions for analog and mixed-signal products.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, applied to test fixtures and device interfaces.
  • Proficiency in a test automation programming language such as LabVIEW, Python, C#, or C++.
