HCLTech is seeking a LabVIEW Engineer for an onsite role in Milpitas, CA. This position requires 8+ years of medical-domain experience and expert LabVIEW skills across Real-Time, Vision, FPGA, and database connectivity, with full product lifecycle ownership and agile development experience.
Location and Work Arrangement
Location: Milpitas, California. Work arrangement: Onsite, in person.
Compensation
Salary: USD 71,000 to 108,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with LabVIEW 2013 to LabVIEW 2025, including version migration across platforms.
- Expertise in LabVIEW Real-Time (RT), LabVIEW Vision Development Module (VDM), and LabVIEW Database Connectivity Toolkit.
- Proficient in LabVIEW FPGA development and Real-Time architecture design for deterministic applications.
- Solid understanding of C++ and LabVIEW OOP for modular, scalable test frameworks.
- Experience in test case development, validation workflows, and full product lifecycle ownership from design to deployment.
- Working experience with Agile methodology for iterative development and sprint-based planning.
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and exposure to other medical device standards and certifications.
- Extensive hardware–software interface experience, including sensors, actuators, DAQ modules, and embedded systems.
