Project Engineer

Project Engineer role in Reno, Nevada, supporting control systems engineering and project documentation across Nevada and Central California.

Responsibilities

• Draft electrical schematics and industrial control panel layouts using SkyCAD
• Develop master plans for assigned projects
• Write and maintain operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals
• Perform control system surveys and produce documentation
• Assemble project submittals in line with project specifications
• Complete process control and instrumentation system documentation
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Procurement to ensure required materials are ordered, received, and kitted appropriately
• Support the Project Manager with project tasks related to scheduling, budget, or scope
• Prepare training documentation based on project requirements
• Assist senior engineering staff with various project needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Any combination of education and experience that meets the minimum requirements will be considered

• Service coverage: Nevada and Central California markets

Compensation

• USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year
