Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager based in Baltimore, MD to oversee site/land development design work while delivering project plans on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and exhibits for site/land development projects
• Produce site layout and design deliverables
• Develop utility designs, including storm drain, water, and sewer; apply knowledge of conduit and dry utility systems
• Perform site grading with ADA compliance
• Support stormwater management and erosion and sediment control
• Manage projects and department team members to meet deadlines
• Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
• Execute project work based on the defined criteria

Requirements

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
• MD Professional Engineer license required
• Project management experience
• AutoCAD experience
• Working knowledge of accepted industry software
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Compensation

• $42.00–$67.00 per hour (equal to $87,360–$139,360 annually)
• Eligible for overtime
• Eligible for discretionary bonuses at the sole discretion of the company
