Location: Onsite in Hanover Park, IL. Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF power amplifiers for a range of applications.
• Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Engineering to analyze requirements, design circuitry, and optimize amplifier performance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of RF/microwave circuit theory and electromagnetic principles
• Experience designing RF amplifiers above 10 Watts Psat and frequencies above 6 GHz
• Experience in RF power amplifier design, simulation, and characterization
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools such as Microwave Office or similar
• Hands-on experience with RF measurements and test equipment
• Familiarity with RF PCB design and layout considerations
• Experience designing RF PCBs in Altium is a plus
• Experience with high RF power design and development is a plus
• Minimum total experience: 10 years
• RF amplifier module design: 5 years (Required)
