Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Bridgers & Paxton offers a hybrid Denver based Senior Electrical Engineer role with a competitive USD 160,000 per year salary. You will lead electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical design across all project stages, from concept to construction and post-occupancy
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists from multiple disciplines to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality projects
- Validate that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
- Visit sites to evaluate conditions, diagnose issues, and confirm design implementation aligns with field realities
- Produce and coordinate designs within a BIM workflow using Revit and AutoCAD
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or design-build environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA, energy standards, etc.)
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
