Job Description

Bridgers & Paxton offers a hybrid Denver based Senior Electrical Engineer role with a competitive USD 160,000 per year salary. You will lead electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical design across all project stages, from concept to construction and post-occupancy
  • Collaborate with engineers and specialists from multiple disciplines to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality projects
  • Validate that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
  • Visit sites to evaluate conditions, diagnose issues, and confirm design implementation aligns with field realities
  • Produce and coordinate designs within a BIM workflow using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or design-build environments
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NFPA, energy standards, etc.)
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
