Job Description

LTM is seeking a Power Platform Technical Support Engineer with functional and technical depth to support applications, troubleshoot automations, and collaborate directly with customers. This role spans Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (including Power Automate for Desktop), and AI-enabled experiences.

Onsite Location

Bellevue, WA (onsite)

Salary

USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on application support, including low-code solution development and automation troubleshooting, across Microsoft Power Platform products
  • Collaborate with customers to support Power Platform solutions and ensure issues are addressed effectively
  • Contribute across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate for Desktop, and AI-enabled experiences

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise application platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or related technologies
  • Experience in SaaS product support, including web frontend development or quality assurance
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as C and Python
  • Understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication and active listening
  • Experience in a customer-facing service or support role
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills using available tools and resources
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts outside local business hours, and to cover a weekend day when required by business needs

Power Apps Focus

  • Power Apps: Build custom business applications using canvas apps, model driven apps, and portals with low-code or no-code approaches
  • Copilot Studio: Build conversational agents and AI-driven support experiences, integrate with Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications, and work with SSO (preferred)
  • Microsoft Dataverse: Use Dataverse data modelling, including tables and relationships, as a core data source for Power Platform applications
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize user interfaces, business rules, forms, and views to meet business requirements
  • Integration Services: Integrate Power Platform with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways
  • Custom Development: Extend Power Platform using plugins, custom connectors, JavaScript, and Azure Functions
  • Security and Compliance: Implement role-based security permissions and compliance controls
  • Environment and Release Management: Manage environments and support solution lifecycle management, version control, and change deployment using DevOps and ALM practices

Power Automate Focus

  • Power Automate: Build cloud flows and automate business processes across services and applications
  • Advanced Automation Components: Use custom connectors, on-premises data gateways, and dataflows
  • Copilot and Governance: Understand Copilot capabilities and awareness of DLP policies, governance, and administrative controls
  • Copilot Studio Administration: Support publishing administration and integration of agents created using Copilot Studio
  • Power Automate for Desktop (PAD): Build desktop automation workflows and support machine setup, installation, and configuration

  • Integrate Power Platform with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways
  • Extend Power Platform capabilities using custom connectors, plugins, JavaScript, or Azure Functions
  • Knowledge of security roles, permissions, and compliance controls within Power Platform environments
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse bot frameworks and building copilots or agents using generative AI capabilities
