Software Engineer

Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is hiring a Software Developer to join its internal IT team in Phoenix, Arizona (onsite). This role supports the development, integration, support, and continuous improvement of business applications across full-stack development, APIs, databases, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Role Overview

The position focuses on building and maintaining internal business applications and integrations. Work includes REST API development, Azure Functions, database and data platform work, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, and deployment and operational support for releases and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support internal business applications and integrations.
• Build full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Develop and support REST APIs, Azure Functions, and system integrations.
• Work with SQL, relational databases, and data platforms.
• Create solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Use technologies such as C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or similar tools.
• Support Git-based workflows, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and release processes.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, integration, and performance issues.
• Work with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Document solutions and follow appropriate security and development practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of authentication, security, and systems integration.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
