Strong understanding of permitting, right-of-way, and utility coordination processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Experience that includes preparation of scopes of work, development of conceptual designs, determination of design basis, selection of equipment and materials, and preparation and assembling of calculations and specifications.
Experience working directly with clients on transmission lines from 69 kV through 500 kV.
Knowledge of engineering standards including NESC, IEC, ASCE, ACI, IEEE and ANSI.
Experience reviewing design drawings created by others.
