Job Description
Pariveda supports entry-level software engineers through small teams, direct mentorship, and a defined career path. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues while partnering with clients to solve real business challenges, with opportunities to work across cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and AI. This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation: $79,800 - $91,800 per year. Pariveda also applies cost-of-labor adjustments for the Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC markets. The entry-level salary is $79,800.
What You’ll Do
- Work in small teams as a Pariveda Consultant, collaborating with Pariveda employees and partnering with clients to address real business needs.
- Build toward career growth with a dedicated mentor and a clearly defined career path, including a review every 6 months and promotion eligibility every 12 months.
- Support the full delivery lifecycle, including estimating, gathering requirements, developing, testing, managing projects, and architecting and delivering solutions.
- Explore a range of technologies across:
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Data engineering: Databricks and PySpark
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Terraform
- AI and Generative AI: RAG, LLMs on Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks like LangChain
- Use AI strategically to enhance client solutions by streamlining development, uncovering insights, accelerating delivery, and communicating the value, limitations, and ethical use of AI to clients and stakeholders.
- Strengthen professional communication by creating and presenting findings, solutions, and demos to both senior executives and stakeholders.
- Participate in a hybrid work model and engage in Pariveda’s culture of continuous learning, community service, social gatherings, and personal and professional development.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
