Responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery from initiation to closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead the design of advanced HVAC systems for a variety of building projects, ensuring performance, reliability, and code compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Registration preferred, with 6+ years of relevant MEP experience
- Proven project management experience and expertise in HVAC design
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and load calculations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and commitment to mastering Revit MEP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage fast-paced deadlines
- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
