Job Description
Senior Software Engineer opportunity with Boeing (Boeing Intelligence & Analytics) supporting software development in RF signal processing and analytics/visualization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements
- Work on processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and manipulation of extremely large data sets
- Build and support real-time systems and business management information systems
- Contribute to cutting edge development programs and design new solutions
- Innovate RF signal processing applications
- Develop analytics, visualization, and discovery tools
- Integrate new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements; resolve software problem reports and document test results
- Provide input to software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and software reuse
- Advocate for Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) adoption versus new development where appropriate
- Support requirements analysis and synthesis from system level down to individual software components
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Demonstrated experience with RF signal processing applications
- Proficiency working in Linux development environments
- Proficiency coding in Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
- Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or similar version control tools
- Minimum experience: 14 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Compensation
- Salary range: USD 224,000 - 265,000 per year
