Senior Software Engineer – Army T&E
Job Description
DS2 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Army test and evaluation, onsite in Niceville, FL, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of feature rich applications, from design through deployment and demonstration
- Research and develop products that support evaluation technologies used in the Army's high speed acquisition logistics initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and programming tools to keep the team well equipped
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with at least 10 years of experience
- Proficient in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or Typescript
- Experience with web frameworks and toolkits such as React, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy
- Demonstrates motivation and energy, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Collaborates with teammates virtually and in person to plan projects, resolve issues, and present solutions to clients
- U.S. Citizen able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
