This role focuses on global e-commerce recommendation and search, with onboarding planned by the end of 2026.

Collaborate in a team to advance research in machine learning algorithms, including retrieval and recommendation methodologies.
Contribute to building large-scale e-commerce recommendation systems (10 million to 100 million data points) across commodity, live stream, and short video recommendations.
Develop long and short term user interest models, analyze vast diverse datasets, and design efficient algorithms to uncover latent user interests.
Apply machine learning techniques to improve business scenarios such as search ranking, natural language understanding, video understanding, and trust and safety.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in natural language processing and personalization.
Exceptional coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in Linux development environments.

Base salary range: $124,717 – $243,200 per year (USD).
Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
Base pay is part of the Total Package and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
