Job Description

Explore an onsite opportunity with Boeing on the 777X program in Berkeley, Missouri. This role centers on structural analysis leadership, developing and integrating requirements, and guiding testing to certify multiple aircraft variants. Compensation

Level 3: $103,700 to $140,300 per year; Level 4: $126,650 to $171,350 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to define the system design
Collaborate with other engineering teams to establish the product environment
Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models and simulations across the lifecycle
Develop test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyze/report results to confirm compliance with requirements
Define and document certification and test results to substantiate regulatory and customer compliance
Support in‑service products by leading failure investigations and driving improvements
Develop analytical processes and tools to improve development effectiveness, quality, and efficiency
Operate with minimal direction in a dynamic program environment

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace/Aeronautical, or Materials Science
Level 3 requires 5+ years of related engineering experience
