Business Data Analyst -Project Delivery Senior Analyst - AI & Engineering

Based in Miami and onsite, this Senior Business Data Analyst role focuses on analytics for AI and Engineering project delivery. You will capture analytics requirements, deliver agile data work, and support BI and reporting on client projects. The position offers a salary range of USD 69,000 - 127,000 per year, along with a benefits package designed for project delivery professionals and a discretionary annual incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and document analytics needs, including problem statements, scope, assumptions, and success metrics or KPIs.
• Translate requirements into Agile or SAFe ready work, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlog items; support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting, delivering directional insights and quick views; where appropriate, build lightweight dashboards in Tableau or Power BI; collaborate with BI and reporting developers to industrialize high-usage reporting.
• Support recurring analyses and reports (monthly, biweekly, or weekly as applicable): define requirements, validate outputs with stakeholders, and maintain runbooks.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing and release or change activities, including dependency tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications aligned to client governance processes.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional or technical teams, escalating matters that require engagement management attention.

Requirements

• 4+ years of analytics and data skills with strong analytical thinking; ability to frame ambiguous questions; proficient SQL for querying and validating datasets; strong Excel skills.
• 4+ years of experience with BI tooling, including hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI for building or enhancing reports and dashboards; solid understanding of metrics and KPI definitions and dashboard usability.
• 4+ years of structured storytelling experience in PowerPoint or similar presentation tools.
• 4+ years of familiarity with Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel approximately 10 percent, depending on client engagements.
