Join Deloitte as a Data Analyst - Project Delivery Senior Analyst in AI & Engineering. Salary ranges from USD 69,000 to 127,000 per year.

The AI & Data practice provides end to end services for designing, developing, and operating data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services, helping clients innovate, enhance, and scale their data, AI, and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and document analytics needs, including problem statements, scope, assumptions, and success metrics or KPIs.
• Translate requirements into Agile/SAFe work items such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items; support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting to yield directional insights, and, where appropriate, build lightweight dashboards in Tableau or Power BI; collaborate with BI/reporting developers to scale high-usage reporting.
• Support recurring analyses and reports (monthly, biweekly, weekly as applicable): define requirements, validate outputs with stakeholders, and maintain runbooks.
• Coordinate and support UAT and release/change activities, including dependency tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications aligned to client standards and governance processes.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional or technical teams, escalating matters requiring attention from engagement management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics with strong analytical thinking, ability to frame ambiguous questions, SQL proficiency for querying and validating datasets, and strong Excel skills.
• 4+ years of experience with BI tooling, including hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI, with understanding of metrics/KPI definitions and dashboard usability.
• 4+ years of experience in structured storytelling using PowerPoint.
• 4+ years of familiarity with Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% on average, based on client needs.
