Job Description

A Senior Principal Systems Engineer and Cross Product Team Lead at Raytheon, onsite in Tewksbury, MA or Huntsville, AL, overseeing system architecture, requirements, modeling and simulation, and EVMS for a Patriot program with travel and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own cost, schedule and execution for a Patriot partner country program
  • Develop and maintain System Architecture and Technical Baseline
  • Develop and maintain System Requirements
  • Develop and maintain Software Requirements
  • Scope and provide Modeling and Simulation products
  • Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for a Patriot partner country
  • Brief Program Management and US Government customers on plans and status
  • Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives, including regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and occasional domestic or international travel

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects
  • Experience leading or contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs and contributing to leadership proposal reviews
