Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and product owners to shape UX strategy across several platform types
• Design responsive and adaptive interfaces that fit diverse form factors and screen sizes
• Lead the creation and execution of intuitive user experiences, frameworks, and information architectures aligned with user goals
• Develop interactive prototypes using available tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and QA testers, guiding where needed
• Oversee concurrent UX research, design, and engineering workstreams
• Champion the value of strong UX within an engineering‑focused environment and take ownership of UX excellence

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or Computer Science or Engineering with UX experience
• 5+ years delivering UX for mobile products, with hands-on experience across a variety of UX research methods and familiarity with lean UX processes
• 5+ years producing UX designs and interaction prototypes using industry standard tools such as Sketch, Pixate, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
