- Salary: USD 204,250 - 285,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee and scale a globally distributed security engineering team delivering critical platforms and services across the firm
- Own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of an AI driven security copilot that enables Product Security Leads to operate at scale
- Design, deploy, and operate endpoint and server antivirus capabilities across diverse environments
- Own container security products including image scanning, policy enforcement, and runtime protection across enterprise container platforms
- Promote adoption of security platforms by partnering with application, infrastructure, and product teams to embed controls into developer and operator workflows
- Define technical direction and architectural standards for security solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and automation
- Translate security objectives into measurable roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes
- Engage with peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology domains
- Make decisions affecting resource allocation, budgets, day-to-day operations, and the design and implementation of processes
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, and related profit and loss responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience leading engineers delivering security solutions and operations on cloud-based platforms and applications
- Experience building security engineering products and platforms used at scale by developers and security practitioners
- Experience developing and leading globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience recruiting, developing, and recognizing top engineering and technical leadership talent
- Experience leading a product as product owner or product manager, including roadmap ownership and stakeholder alignment
- Strong expertise in endpoint, server, and workload protection technologies across modern enterprise environments
- Proven ability to deliver AI-enabled or automation-driven platforms that improve security outcomes
- Experience designing and operating container security capabilities across large-scale Kubernetes or containerized environments
