Job Description
Onsite in Lancaster, TX, the After-Sales Technical Support Engineer for electric golf carts delivers diagnostic support, technical guidance, and after-sales service to the dealer network.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and diagnostics for golf cart systems.
- Collaborate with dealers to troubleshoot vehicle issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Deliver hands-on training to dealers on golf cart programming tools.
- Process warranty claims, including documentation and follow-up.
- Develop and refine after-sales processes and service procedures.
- Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales and production teams to resolve field issues.
- Serve as a service advisor and technical liaison for dealers and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the golf cart industry.
- Hands-on experience with golf cart programming tools.
- Strong vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience filing warranty claims and communicating with warranty departments.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site dealer support and training.
