Job Description

Onsite in Lancaster, TX, the After-Sales Technical Support Engineer for electric golf carts delivers diagnostic support, technical guidance, and after-sales service to the dealer network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and diagnostics for golf cart systems.
  • Collaborate with dealers to troubleshoot vehicle issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Deliver hands-on training to dealers on golf cart programming tools.
  • Process warranty claims, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Develop and refine after-sales processes and service procedures.
  • Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales and production teams to resolve field issues.
  • Serve as a service advisor and technical liaison for dealers and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the golf cart industry.
  • Hands-on experience with golf cart programming tools.
  • Strong vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience filing warranty claims and communicating with warranty departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for on-site dealer support and training.
