Job Description
Software Engineer II on Amazon's SCOT-Automated Inventory Mgmt team in Bellevue, WA (onsite) focuses on designing and deploying AI agents and Gen AI-enabled solutions to accelerate analytics and automate supply chain tasks, with a salary range of USD 143,700 - 194,400 per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI systems and agents that enable faster, smarter decision making across Amazon's global fulfillment network.
- Develop Gen AI capabilities using robust AWS services to deliver enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers across teams to translate business requirements into working solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
- 2+ years of design or architecture experience focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalable systems.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of Object Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
