Responsibilities

• Design and implement security enhancements to ensure the HCM platform meets functional and user requirements.
• Configure security within the Oracle HCM product, including reporting, role provisioning, and resolving role and access defects.
• Develop and continually improve data security measures, define Areas of Responsibility, manage personalization, enforce location-based access control and IP whitelisting, and govern public roles.
• Deliver secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for peers.
• Minimize security vulnerabilities by applying industry best practices and regulatory guidance, and establish processes to evaluate current controls.
• Support a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to implement behavior-driven development (BDD).

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience working with HCM systems.
• Experience optimizing processes and assessing risks and controls within the Identify and Access Management space.
• Project management experience using tools like MS Project and JIRA, with agile methodologies.
• Ability to craft functional and technical designs and documentation for Oracle HCM data conversions, interfaces, and customized reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (for example cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile).
• Experience with cloud services such as Oracle HCM and AWS, security protocols, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
