Principal / Sr. Principal Systems Test Engineer

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer to contribute to the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The role centers on advanced test campaign planning and cross-functional test integration within an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the program to develop advanced test campaign plans, concepts, techniques and requirements.
• Coordinate test event and test article schedules and serve as a liaison between interfacing Product and Test Teams.
• Support the Test Team with vertical and horizontal program test integration activities in Roy, Utah.

Requirements

• Principal Systems Test Engineer: 5 years with a Bachelors in Science; 3 years with a Masters; 1 year with a PhD of systems test experience; OR an additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer: 8 years with a Bachelors in Science; 6 years with a Masters; 4 years with a PhD of systems test experience; OR an additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at the time of application, current and within scope, within six years, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period as determined by the company.
• Experience with the development of test plans, procedures, and reports for functional testing and checkout.
• Demonstrated test campaign planning knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution on a large, complex program.

Compensation

Annual salary range: USD 89,400 - 167,500.
