Vforce Infotech is seeking a Generative AI Engineer based in Edison, NJ (onsite) to design and optimize generative AI systems end to end, including model development, evaluation, production deployment, and the big data pipelines that support large-scale training and analysis.
Role Focus
This position centers on building generative AI models and related big data workflows. The work includes training and testing models for accuracy and robustness, implementing scalable cloud-based training pipelines, and applying NLP techniques to support language understanding within generative AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and machine learning based analysis techniques.
- Build scalable model training pipelines using AWS and machine learning cloud platforms to process large datasets efficiently.
- Perform statistical modeling and analysis to support research objectives, with a focus on rigorous evaluation of model accuracy and robustness.
- Develop data pipelines with ETL tools such as Talend and Hadoop to prepare big data for training and analysis while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate on database design and optimize SQL databases to support efficient data retrieval for training and deployment.
- Deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and smooth integration with existing systems.
- Apply natural language processing (NLP) methods for language understanding tasks within generative AI applications.
- Use statistical analysis tools such as R and SAS to support predictive modeling analysis and statistical validation.
- Implement model evaluation strategies using machine learning frameworks such as Spark to improve model accuracy and reliability.
- Contribute to data mining strategies and big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and other analytics tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and deploying generative AI models, with a strong background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies for large-scale processing.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), with a focus on AI implementation and model training workflows.
- Demonstrated proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as R or SAS for research insights and model validation.
- Experience working with SQL databases, analytics platforms such as Looker or Talend, and cloud services such as AWS or other machine learning cloud services.
- Knowledge of NLP, predictive modeling analysis, data mining techniques, and scalability considerations for AI solutions.
- Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required; a passion for innovative technology is essential.
- Prior experience building scalable AI models that support natural language understanding or generative tasks is highly desirable.
