Digital Engineering Supply Chain Process Engineer (Subject Matter Expert or Senior)
Job Description
At Boeing's Everett, Washington campus, the Digital Engineering Supply Chain Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in shaping how digital engineering concepts are deployed across the supplier network. This onsite, senior-level position focuses on developing and implementing digital engineering strategies, processes, and collaborative practices to advance digital initiatives throughout the supply chain.
As a Subject Matter Expert or Senior contributor, you will provide both technical and business guidance to key suppliers and programs, aligning engineering and procurement efforts to accelerate digital transformation across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital engineering supplier strategies for the company or a specific business unit.
- Offer technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs.
- Partner with supply chain teams to drive strategic digital engineering activities that support suppliers and programs.
- Own the digital engineering strategic supplier assessment process for digital engineering initiatives.
- Develop design practices and lead Technical Design Reviews when digital engineering decisions carry elevated risk for the supply chain.
- Create and manage supplier readiness criteria for digital engineering utilization.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering process development and process integration.
- 5+ years of experience creating, interpreting, and/or enforcing technical requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering design and/or analysis.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with manufacturing, design engineering, and PLM system engineering groups.

Work Details
- Location: Everett, WA onsite.
- Shift: 1st shift.
- Travel: Approximately 10%Travel required.
