Systems Engineer, Associate, Experienced and Senior Level
Job Description
Boeing is seeking Systems Engineers at Associate, Experienced, and Senior levels in Saint Charles, MO, to join the SIWS Precision Engagement Systems team onsite on Direct Attack programs. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance are required.
Responsibilities
- Assess the system or element performance and influence technical direction to meet objectives; apply integrated program planning to align development with customer needs and business goals while tracking key performance metrics.
- Maintain status in EVM, JIRA, calendars, and related trackers to support program visibility.
- Manage system risk and maturity by regularly evaluating the system status throughout the program lifecycle.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Boeing Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, and ESGP or equivalent processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-US equivalent closely related to the work statement.
- Associate Level 2: typically 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Experienced Level 3: typically 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Senior Level 4: typically 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Partial Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

- Experienced Level 3: $112,200 – $151,800
